Mortgage Pool Software

In addition to servicing single investor loans or loan portfolios with a single funding source the Mortgage+Care loan servicing system manages loans that are owned by multiple investors. These investors or lenders can be directly assigned to your loans, on a loan by loan basis or they can be assigned to mortgage pools or investment pools that consist of multiple loans and multiple investors/lenders, more properly referred to as "members". These mortgage pools can either be share based or capital based and what you pay out to the members can be based on the performance of the pool or they can be paid a guaranteed flat rate that is independent of the pools performance. Additionally, pool members can be set up and paid according to payment tiers or tranches, similar to bond model where tier 1 gets all funds until some point is reached and then tier 2, tier 3, etc... Mortgage+Care is extremely flexible when it comes to these different distribution models and there isn't much that it can't do, so if you have a unique model we would encourage you to tell us about it.
